We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Manager to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from conception to completion.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural management
- Proven track record of successfully completing complex projects on time and within budget
- Extensive knowledge of architectural principles and practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with relevant software programs such as AutoCAD and Revit

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and requirements
- Develop project proposals and budgets based on client specifications
- Manage project timelines and ensure that all milestones are met
- Oversee a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure the quality and progress of the project
- Review and approve all design plans before submission to clients or authorities for approval
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, cost tracking, and invoicing
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices

Salary:
