A reputable restaurant in Eschen is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry and has the skills and knowledge to lead our team to success. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members to maintain high levels of customer service and maximize efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed to maintain a clean and safe environment for both employees and customers
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate supply
- Create marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain current ones
- Collaborate with other departments such as kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or relevant role in the hospitality industry
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant management best practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff members
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Fluent in English (German language skills would be an advantage)

Salary: 1200$ per month
