Chef de Cuisine

The position of Chef de Cuisine requires a talented and experienced culinary professional with a passion for creating delicious and visually stunning dishes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations and leading a team of cooks and kitchen assistants. Responsibilities:
- Create innovative menus that cater to different dietary needs and preferences while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain equipment in good working condition.
- Collaborate with restaurant managers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

- Continuously research new trends in the culinary industry to incorporate into menu planning.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role in a fine dining establishment.
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
- Ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining high standards of excellence.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other staff members.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations.
- A passion for creating innovative dishes that both taste amazing and look visually appealing.
Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Sous Chef or higher position in fine dining restaurants.
- Experience in menu planning, food costing, and inventory management.
- Proficient in English, with knowledge of German or French as a plus.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, with opportunities for growth and development within our restaurant group.
