Sales Manager - Eschen, Liechtenstein
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Identify potential business opportunities and establish strong relationships with clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify new target markets
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Create sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support as needed
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
- High level of proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- Must be fluent in English (German language skills are a plus)

This is a contract job with a competitive salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract. Candidates must have their own visa for working in Liechtenstein.
