Administrative Assistant
We are seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our company by handling various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operation of daily office activities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Manage filing systems and maintain records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Act as a point of contact between employees and clients
- Provide support to the HR department by maintaining employee records and assisting with recruitment processes
- Maintain a professional and tidy office environment
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary are a plus
Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1000 per month.
