Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Build relationships with new and existing customers through face-to-face meetings, cold calling, and networking events
- Present product information and benefits to potential customers
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with customers
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on market trends and competitors' activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals successfully
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
