Office Manager - Eschen, Liechtenstein
We are a dynamic and growing company in need of an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and providing administrative support to our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1400 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception area, greet visitors and answer phone calls
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Assist with preparing and submitting reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain employee records, including attendance and leave requests
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Monitor office budgets and expenses
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (German or other languages are a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
