A luxury hotel in Eschen is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality sales, with excellent communication and organizational skills. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through various channels, including corporate accounts, travel agents, and online platforms. Your role will also involve developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners, as well as creating strategic sales plans to maximize occupancy and revenue. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain relationships with existing corporate accounts, travel agents, and online booking platforms
- Create strategic sales plans to increase occupancy and revenue
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of hotel revenue management practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management systems
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
