The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates for the hotel. They will work closely with the hotel management team to identify potential clients, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships with key accounts. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the hotel industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. Accommodation and biometric passport will be provided. This is an urgent position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business and maintain existing accounts
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends in the hospitality industry
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring that all terms are favorable for the hotel
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to drive sales
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly to stay competitive in the market
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and hospitality industry trends
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal), additional languages are a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexible schedule to accommodate evening/weekend events
