IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Manager to oversee our company's technology operations. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our information technology systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security protocols. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure is efficient, secure, and reliable to support our business operations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, maintenance and upgrading of all hardware and software systems
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures in accordance with industry best practices
- Manage network infrastructure to ensure smooth communication between all departments
- Maintain data security protocols to protect sensitive information
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades as needed
- Manage relationships with external vendors for hardware/software maintenance and support services
- Provide training and support to employees on the use of technology systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and software applications
- Experience with project management and budgeting
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams

Salary: 1300$ per month
City: Mauren (open to candidates from other locations)
