IT Manager



We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Mauren. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology infrastructure and ensuring its efficient operation. You will also be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and providing strategic guidance to ensure that the company's technology needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's overall technology strategy in alignment with business goals
- Oversee the maintenance, upgrade, and security of all hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested
- Identify new technologies that could improve business operations and make recommendations for their implementation
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services or products
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make informed decisions on behalf of the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an IT management role
- Extensive knowledge of network administration, database management, cybersecurity, and cloud computing
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding innovative solutions to technical issues
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful technology strategies aligned with business objectives

We offer a competitive salary package of $1200 per month for this full-time position. This role requires someone who is able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
