Part-Time Architectural Technologist

We are currently seeking a part-time Architectural Technologist to join our team in Mauren. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of architects and designers to assist in creating detailed drawings and models for various projects. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided on the job. Our company offers accommodation for the right candidate, and we are open to candidates with their own visa. Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating detailed drawings and models for architectural projects
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop design solutions
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations
- Attend site visits and meetings with clients as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings/models
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Mauren (accommodation provided)

Duration: Part-time (20 hours per week)
