Preservation Architect (Mauren, Liechtenstein)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Mauren, Liechtenstein. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures, ensuring they maintain their original aesthetic and architectural integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of historic buildings and structures to determine necessary preservation work
- Creating detailed preservation plans that adhere to local building codes and regulations
- Collaborating with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure successful execution of preservation projects
- Utilizing your knowledge of traditional building materials and techniques to restore historic structures
- Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Conducting research on the history and significance of the buildings and structures you are working on
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Preservation Architect
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful preservation projects
- Excellent knowledge of traditional building materials, techniques, and conservation principles
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Exceptional communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month along with accommodation in beautiful Mauren. This position is open for both men and women who have a passion for preserving historical architecture.
