Architectural Designer


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Mauren. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning the layout and structure of buildings, while considering factors such as functionality, aesthetics, safety, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and vision for the project.
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Develop initial sketches and 3D models to present ideas to clients.
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess the feasibility of designs.
- Make necessary adjustments or modifications to designs based on feedback from clients or stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month without accommodation. Candidates must have their own visa in order to work in Mauren.
