Commercial Architect (Part-Time)
We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Mauren. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning commercial buildings and spaces, such as offices, retail stores, and restaurants. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs and creating innovative designs that meet their requirements. You must have previous experience in commercial architecture and be able to work independently. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints for commercial buildings
- Incorporate sustainable design principles into all projects
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is following the design plans
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
