We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our international team in Mauren, Liechtenstein. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, from commercial buildings to residential properties. Your expertise in architecture and project management will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design solutions that meet their needs
- Lead a team of architects and designers to develop detailed plans and drawings
- Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Oversee construction process and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Manage project budget and expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as an architect, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems
- Experience working with international clients is a plus
