Nurse Supervisor

As a Nurse Supervisor in our medical facility located in Mauren, you will play a critical role in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest level of patient care. Your main responsibility will be to supervise and guide a team of nurses, providing support and training as needed. You will also assist with developing policies and procedures, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records of patient care.

To excel in this role, you must have previous experience as a registered nurse and proven leadership skills. A Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is required, but a Master's degree is preferred. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.
