As a Contract Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Mauren, Liechtenstein. You will be responsible for managing a team of servers, ensuring high-quality service and maintaining a positive customer experience. Your duties will also include creating work schedules, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, as well as handling customer complaints and resolving issues. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in restaurant management and possess strong leadership skills. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Create work schedules and oversee staff performance
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Train new employees on restaurant procedures and policies
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality control

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Must have a valid work visa or be eligible for visa sponsorship

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
