Office Assistant

As an Office Assistant in our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our office operations. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and assisting with various tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails and filing documents. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ in the city of Mauren.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain files and records
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with travel arrangements and bookings
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning
- Assist with event planning and coordination

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience with event planning is a plus
- Must be eligible to work in Mauren
