As a Pastry Chef at our luxury hotel in Mauren, Liechtenstein, you will be responsible for creating and executing delicious and visually stunning desserts and pastries for our guests. Your creativity and attention to detail will ensure that our guests have an unforgettable dining experience. You will work closely with our culinary team to develop new menu items and maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative dessert menus that reflect the hotel's high-end image
- Prepare and bake a variety of desserts, pastries, and breads according to recipes or guest requests
- Decorate pastries using different techniques to ensure appealing presentation
- Supervise junior pastry chefs in their daily tasks and provide guidance when needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation of all menu items
- Maintain proper inventory levels of pastry ingredients and supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new techniques, and ingredients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, including decorating techniques for cakes/pastries
- Creative flair and ability to develop unique dessert menus that cater to different dietary preferences/needs
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor junior pastry chefs
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or Pastry-making is preferred
- Fluent in English (knowledge of German would be an advantage)
