Seasonal Waiter in Mauren

We are searching for a dynamic and customer-oriented Seasonal Waiter to join our team in Mauren. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and workstations
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (German fluency is a plus)
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
