Handywoman - Home Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handywoman to join our team in Mauren. As a Home Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for completing various repairs and improvements for residential properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs as needed
- Inspect and troubleshoot issues with appliances, HVAC systems, and other household equipment
- Install new fixtures, hardware, and appliances as necessary
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, caulking, and cleaning gutters
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
