We are in need of a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mauren. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other communication
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Drafting correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Filing and organizing paperwork
- Managing databases and updating records
- Assisting with travel arrangements for employees
- Providing general support to the team as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
