Factory Machine Operator (Pula, Croatia)


We are in need of a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Pula, Croatia. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of factory machinery to ensure efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor various types of factory machinery, including but not limited to, lathes, drills, grinders, and presses
- Set up machines according to production specifications and adjust settings as needed
- Inspect parts for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments to maintain product standards
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Troubleshoot any issues with equipment and make repairs as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate with other team members and supervisors to coordinate production schedules

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Factory Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
- Experience operating various types of factory machinery is required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
- Basic understanding of computer systems and software used in machine operation
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting
