Factory Machine Operator

We are currently hiring a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Pula. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines in our factory to produce high-quality products. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the machines.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate various machines including but not limited to, CNC machines, production lines, and assembly machinery.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments to maintain standards.
- Follow safety procedures at all times and report any safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Keep track of inventory levels and assist with restocking materials when needed.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Proven experience as a Factory Machine Operator or similar role.
- Technical knowledge of operating production machinery.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
- Good understanding of quality control principles.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Pula. The candidate must have their own visa and accommodation arrangements.
