Part-Time Concierge



We are seeking a friendly and organized Part-Time Concierge to join our team in Mauren. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded during their stay with us.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and residents in a warm and professional manner.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events.
- Handle reservations for dining, transportation, and other services.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area.
- Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
- Monitor guest requests for maintenance or repairs and ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of $1200 per month.
