Dismantler


As a Dismantler, you will be responsible for disassembling and removing various components and structures in a safe and efficient manner. This position is based in Ufa, Russia and offers a salary of $1100 per month. This is a full-time job that does not require any prior experience. As an added bonus, our company provides accommodation, free visa, and ticket for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
- Use hand and power tools to dismantle various structures
- Sort materials for recycling or disposal
- Operate heavy machinery, such as cranes or forklifts, to assist with dismantling process
- Maintain a clean work area and properly dispose of waste materials
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Adhere to project timelines and complete tasks within given deadlines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in dismantling processes
- Ability to read technical manuals and follow instructions accurately
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to dismantling activities
- Excellent communication skills in order to work effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds

Preferred Qualifications:
While prior experience is not required for this position, preference will be given to candidates who have completed vocational training or have previous experience working as a Dismantler. Additionally, candidates who possess basic knowledge of welding techniques will be highly considered.

Working Conditions:
This is a physically demanding job that requires standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy objects on a regular basis. The work environment may also include exposure to loud noises, hazardous materials, and extreme weather conditions. However, proper safety gear will be provided by the company.
