IT Manager

As an IT Manager for our company in Shan, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee all aspects of our information technology department. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the IT team, providing direction, guidance, and support as needed
- Oversee all technology operations including network security, software upgrades, system backups, etc.
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to improve our technology infrastructure
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware/software purchases
- Provide technical support to employees as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management role
- Experience with biometric passport systems preferred
- Strong understanding of network security protocols
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary: $1500 (negotiable based on experience)

City: Shan (willing to consider candidates from other locations)
