Computer Support Specialist


We are hiring a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Triesen. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their computer systems run smoothly and efficiently. You will assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and training users on new technologies. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients through various channels such as phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions
- Install and configure computer systems and software applications
- Train users on new technologies or software programs
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions using our ticketing system
- Collaborate with other technical team members to resolve complex issues
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide the best support to clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware components, operating systems, and software applications
- Experience with remote desktop support tools is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to resolve issues
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Triesen. The candidate must have their own accommodation in Triesen or be willing to relocate.
