Experienced Tiler in Shan


Are you an experienced Tiler looking for a new opportunity in Shan? We are seeking a skilled tiler with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. As a Tiler, you will be responsible for installing and repairing tiles on floors, walls, and ceilings. You will work with various materials such as ceramic, porcelain, marble, and granite. The ideal candidate must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut tiles to fit the designated area
- Prepare surfaces for tiling by removing old tiles and cleaning the surface
- Mix and apply adhesive material to secure tiles in place
- Grout and seal finished tile surfaces
- Repair any damaged or cracked tiles
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working on construction sites

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Tiler
- Proven knowledge of various tiling techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow design plans
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Physical stamina to stand, kneel, crouch for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of local language is a plus)
- Availability to work full-time schedule including weekends if needed
