Formworker

We are seeking a skilled Formworker to join our team in Shan. In this role, you will be responsible for creating temporary or permanent molds used to shape concrete or other materials into specific structures. The ideal candidate will have experience in formwork construction and be able to read and interpret construction plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and set up forms according to specifications, ensuring they are properly aligned and braced
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and smooth materials used for forms
- Pour concrete or other materials into forms and finish surfaces as needed
- Remove forms after concrete has cured and clean up work area
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality assurance
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on job site

Requirements:
- Previous experience in formwork construction is required
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans is a must
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools is preferred
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so preference will be given to candidates who already reside in Shan or are willing to relocate at their own expense.
