Tiler Supervisor


We are seeking a highly skilled Tiler Supervisor to join our team in Eschen, providing full-time services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising and managing a team of tilers, ensuring high quality and timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of tilers, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and training, and monitoring performance.
- Prepare work schedules and ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- Oversee tiling projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their tiling requirements and provide recommendations for materials and design.
- Coordinate with other tradespeople on job sites to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary materials for projects.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during projects.
- Prepare progress reports for management.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler Supervisor or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of different tiling techniques, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments (e.g. outdoors, confined spaces).
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in tiling is preferred.
- Certification in tiling or related field is a plus.

Salary: 1200$ per month
