Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager in Eschen, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Your main duties will include planning, coordinating, and budgeting for construction projects, as well as managing contractors and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will also be responsible for obtaining necessary permits and licenses, and communicating with clients and stakeholders throughout the project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is a part-time role with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Develop project budgets and timelines
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses
- Hire and manage contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate with clients throughout the project to provide updates and address any concerns
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to plans
- Manage project finances, including tracking expenses and making cost-effective decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in construction management or related role
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and permit requirements
- Proficiency in project management software
- Ability to read blueprints
- Must be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
