Architecture Project Manager

We are hiring an experienced and dedicated Architecture Project Manager to join our team in Mauren, Liechtenstein. As an Architecture Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This includes managing the budget, timeline, and team of architects and engineers.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project proposals
- Create and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability
- Develop project timelines and ensure timely completion of milestones
- Lead a team of architects and engineers, providing guidance and support throughout the project
- Communicate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Review architectural plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architecture Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and building codes
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
