Android Developer
As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing and building advanced applications for the Android platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Your primary focus will be on developing high-quality, efficient, and reliable mobile applications while ensuring the best possible performance and user experience. You will also work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. This position is based in Triesen but open to candidates with own visa.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address these issues
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automation standards
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in mobile application development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven working experience in Android app development
- Proficient in Java or Kotlin programming languages
- Experience working with third-party libraries and APIs
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
- Knowledge of UI/UX standards for mobile application development
- Understanding of Agile methodologies for software development
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable)
