Teamlead

As a Teamlead in our dynamic and growing company, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating a team of individuals to achieve our company's goals and objectives. Your role will involve setting targets, delegating tasks, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. You will also be expected to collaborate with other department heads and senior management to drive innovation and growth within the organization.

Your skills in leadership, communication, and problem-solving will be essential in motivating your team to meet targets and deliver high-quality work. Your ability to adapt to changing circumstances quickly while maintaining a positive attitude will be valued as you guide your team through various challenges.

We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about driving results and has a strong understanding of project management principles. Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred but not required. This position is open to all genders with or without previous experience in the industry.

Note: Due to the nature of our work, candidates must have a biometric passport for travel purposes. This position is based in Triesen but may require occasional travel within the country or overseas.

Salary: $1100 per month

Working hours: Full-time
