Part-Time Student Teamlead

As a Part-Time Student Teamlead in Triesen, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of student employees. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by providing guidance, direction, and support to our team members. You will work closely with other team leads and managers to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of student employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure quality work output and adherence to company policies
- Collaborate with other team leads and managers to coordinate schedules, projects, and tasks
- Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement
- Communicate effectively with both management and team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, motivation, and positivity among the team

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program
- Ability to work part-time hours (approximately 20 hours per week)
- Prior leadership experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

Salary: Starting at $1800 per month (based on experience)

Location: Triesen (this position does not offer accommodation)
