Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance and support to clients through online platforms. You will communicate with clients via email, chat, or video calls to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels to understand their needs
- Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries
- Offer product recommendations and suggest solutions based on client requirements
- Assist in resolving product or service issues
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an online consultant or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with online communication tools such as email, chat, and video calls
- Good understanding of customer service principles
- Proficient in using computers and technology

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Triesen but can be done remotely.
