As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective assistance to customers through various online channels. Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat or social media
- Provide accurate information about products or services
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution
- Keep updated on product knowledge, promotions, and policies
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven experience in a customer service role (online support experience preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Patience, empathy, and ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
