Contract Moderator in Triesen, Liechtenstein


We are currently seeking a Contract Moderator to join our team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As a moderator, you will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating discussions and interactions within our online community. Your role will be to ensure that all members follow our community guidelines and promote a positive and respectful environment.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate all community interactions on various platforms such as forums, chat rooms, and social media.
- Enforce community guidelines and policies to maintain a safe and welcoming space for all members.
- Respond to member inquiries, concerns, and reports in a timely manner.
- Identify trends or issues within the community and provide feedback to the appropriate teams.
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop strategies for engaging with the community.
- Help plan and execute events or activities to foster a sense of community among members.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
- Previous experience moderating online communities is preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their functions.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflicts professionally.
- Attention to detail with the ability to spot potential issues or violations.
- Flexible schedule with availability on weekends or evenings if needed.
