Architectural Technologist - Contract Position in Triesen


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a contract basis in Triesen. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for the technical design and construction of buildings, ensuring they meet all safety and building code regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural design principles, as well as experience with drafting and 3D modeling software. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop detailed plans for construction projects
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Use drafting software to create detailed drawings and 3D models of buildings
- Review project proposals and provide technical guidance on feasibility and cost-effectiveness
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans
- Research new materials and techniques to improve building design and construction processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong knowledge of drafting software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Familiarity with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

This is a contract position with the potential for future full-time employment. The salary for this role is $1000 per month. Candidates must have their own visa that allows them to work in Triesen.
