Architectural Technologist (Part-Time)

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team on a part-time basis in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural plans and drawings for various projects. This role requires experience in the field and the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed architectural plans
- Create accurate and detailed drawings using computer-aided design software
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for design development
- Prepare construction documents and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and contractors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Expertise in computer-aided design software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
