Preservation Architect

As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for the preservation, restoration, and renovation of historic buildings and structures in Triesen. Your main goal will be to ensure that these structures are preserved for future generations while also making them functional for modern use. You will work closely with clients, historians, and construction teams to develop plans that maintain the historical integrity of the structure while also meeting safety and accessibility standards.

Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments of historic structures, developing preservation plans and proposals, overseeing the implementation of these plans, and ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with local regulations and guidelines. This may include coordinating with various government agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.

You will also be responsible for managing budgets and timelines for preservation projects, as well as monitoring progress and addressing any issues that may arise. Additionally, you may be responsible for conducting research on historical buildings and providing recommendations on preservation techniques.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a degree in architecture or a related field, as well as experience working on preservation projects. Strong knowledge of architectural history and preservation principles is essential. Excellent communication skills are also important as you will be working with various stakeholders throughout the project.

This position requires attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong project management skills. You must also have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Triesen.
