Senior Industrial Architect



As a Senior Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities in Triesen. With your expertise in the field, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and efficient designs that meet industry standards. You will also manage a team of architects and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Experience managing a team of architects/engineers
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Biometric passport or willingness to obtain one
- Accommodation preference for Triesen residents or willingness to relocate

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using design software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are accurately executed
- Provide guidance to junior architects/engineers on design projects
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor project progress, identify any issues, and implement solutions
- Conduct site visits to assess construction progress
- Manage project budget and resources effectively
