Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager in our firm, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve leading a team of architects and collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for developing project plans, managing resources, and ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in architecture and proven experience in project management. You should possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a creative approach are also essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of architectural projects from concept to completion
- Lead a team of architects and coordinate with other stakeholders
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Ensure that all projects meet legal and regulatory requirements
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop contingency plans
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture with a focus on project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in project management software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality

Location: Triesen (with accommodation provided)
Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
