Architecture Manager (Contract)
We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team on a contract basis. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all designs meet client specifications and adhere to industry standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Oversee the design process and ensure that all designs meet client expectations
- Review and approve architectural drawings and plans
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure integration of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems into design plans
- Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays
- Conduct quality control checks on completed projects
- Manage project budgets and make necessary adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and industry standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Location: This role is based in Triesen but we welcome applicants from all over the world who are willing to relocate for the duration of the contract.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month for this contract position.
