Job Title: Nurse Supervisor



We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our healthcare team in Triesen. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of our nursing staff, ensuring that patient care is delivered in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of nurses, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
- Create and maintain schedules for nursing staff to ensure adequate coverage at all times
- Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs and provide assistance as needed
- Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop care plans for patients
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols
- Educate nursing staff on best practices, policies, and procedures
- Handle any patient or employee complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Valid biometric passport and work permit for employment in Triesen
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Registered Nurse with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Salary:
