As an Executive Chef at our fine dining restaurant in Triesen, Liechtenstein, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire culinary operations of our establishment. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and passion for food by developing menus that feature unique and high-quality dishes. We are seeking a talented and experienced chef who can lead our kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

You must have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining restaurant. A degree or diploma in culinary arts is preferred. You should have great knowledge and understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines, as well as strong leadership skills to manage and motivate the kitchen staff. You must have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other departments such as front of house staff to ensure smooth operations.

As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating menus that use fresh and seasonal ingredients while also considering dietary restrictions and preferences of our guests. You should have a keen eye for detail to maintain high standards of food presentation and ensure consistency in taste and quality.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month, without accommodation provided. We are open to hiring recent graduates who possess relevant qualifications and demonstrate a passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
