Job Title: Executive Chef - Triesen, Liechtenstein
We are hiring an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Executive Chef, a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes, and strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and diverse menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our guests
- Oversee all food preparation and ensure high-quality standards are met
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu offerings
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Effective communication skills to work with kitchen staff and other departments
- Biometric passport (preferred but not required)
Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
