Junior Executive Chef in Triesen, Liechtenstein
We are hiring a Junior Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As a Junior Executive Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in creating menus and developing new dishes
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards
- Oversee and train kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding food quality and allergies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Culinary degree or certificate preferred but not required
- Prior experience working as a line cook or sous chef is a plus
- Strong knowledge of different cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Salary: $1500 per month
This position does not include accommodation. However, we are willing to provide assistance with finding suitable housing for the right candidate.
